Accessibility

Access Community wants everyone to be able to order and manage their server, however they browse: keyboard, screen reader, zoom or voice control.

Compliance status

The site has not yet been audited for compliance with the French accessibility standard (RGAA 4.1.2), so we cannot yet announce a compliance rate.

The theme was designed to meet RGAA 4.1.2 and the level AA criteria of WCAG 2.2, which will form the basis of the future RGAA 5.

What is already in place

  • Every page can be browsed with the keyboard, with a “Skip to content” link and a very visible yellow and navy focus.
  • The light and dark themes have a contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for controls.
  • Every status (server, invoice, ticket) is written out in full, never shown by colour alone.
  • Forms show which fields are optional, explain each error and link it to the field concerned.
  • Confirmations and amounts that change (order total, promo code, payment) are announced to screen readers.
  • Every invoice is available as a structured HTML page, in addition to the PDF.
  • Two-step verification accepts pasting and autofill of the code.
  • The anti-robot protection never asks you to identify images.
  • The scenery animations can be turned off from the Display menu, stay off if your system asks for reduced motion, and pause when the scenery leaves the screen.

Known limitations

  • The PDF invoices generated by Paymenter are not tagged. Use the invoice’s HTML page, which contains all of its content.
  • The card payment form is provided by Stripe and PayPal payments take place on the PayPal website: their accessibility depends on these providers.
  • The server management panel (Pterodactyl) is third-party software, outside the scope of this theme.
