Which plan should you choose?
Vanilla and Vanilla+ are enough for a world without mods, with or without Paper plugins. Take Vanilla+ if you expect more players or if your world is already large.
Modpacks need more memory: Modpacks for most packs, Modpacks+ for the heaviest ones.

Frequently asked questions about Minecraft servers
How do I install a modpack?
Choose Forge when you order, then upload the modpack’s server files with the panel’s file manager or over SFTP.
Can I import my existing world?
Yes: upload the world folder over SFTP or with the panel’s file manager, then restart the server.
Where are the servers hosted?
In Coventry, in the United Kingdom, on a Ryzen 9 7900 protected by CosmicGuard and Cloudflare Magic Transit anti-DDoS.
How do backups work?
Each plan includes 2 backups. You start them from the panel, by hand or with a scheduled task, and restore them in one click. They are kept as long as the server is active.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the server’s page, without reinstalling. You only pay the difference for the days left until the next renewal.
How quickly does support reply?
Within 24 hours. Open a ticket from your client area, or write to us on Discord or by email. Support is provided by the association’s volunteers.
Can I withdraw or get a refund?
