Which plan should you choose?
Choose according to how many players are connected at the same time: each plan shows its recommended range.
100% is a share of the processor reserved for your server. The higher the percentage, the more players and plugins the server handles without slowing down.

You choose the framework when you order and can change it from the panel. Add your plugins with the file manager or over SFTP.
Frequently asked questions about SCP: Secret Laboratory servers
Can I add or remove EXILED?
Yes, from the panel, without changing plans. LabAPI plugins work with or without EXILED; EXILED plugins no longer load if you remove it. Start a backup first.
Where do I install my plugins and configuration?
In the panel’s file manager or over SFTP. The panel console shows plugin loading errors at startup.
Where are the servers hosted?
In Coventry, in the United Kingdom, on a Ryzen 9 7900 protected by CosmicGuard and Cloudflare Magic Transit anti-DDoS.
How do backups work?
Each plan includes 2 backups. You start them from the panel, by hand or with a scheduled task, and restore them in one click. They are kept as long as the server is active.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the server’s page, without reinstalling. You only pay the difference for the days left until the next renewal.
How quickly does support reply?
Within 24 hours. Open a ticket from your client area, or write to us on Discord or by email. Support is provided by the association’s volunteers.
Can I withdraw or get a refund?
